Nowadays, in this highly refined Information Society, handling personal information is of absolute importance. Our company realizes such importance as it secures each and every individual information. It is under this thought that the following policies for information security were established.

4. Limits to the Usage of Personal Information
Our company shall not handle the personal information provided by the users without their consent, or beyond the Objectives of Personal Information Usage. Also, even if we do obtain personal information for other reasons, we will not use it without the individual’s clear consent, or before we receive his/her approval. 
Nevertheless, the following cases do not respect this limit.

(2)When an individual’s life, body or the security of one’s assets are at risk, and the obtaining of the approval of the individual is difficult 
(3)When need for the development of public health or children’s education, and the obtaining of the approval of the individual is difficult 
(4)In case there’s the need to cooperate with an order defined by national organs, local public bodies, or their commissions, and the obtaining of the approval of the individual is an impediment to the execution of the order.  
5. Changes of the Objectives of Personal Information Usage
In case our company changes the objectives of personal information usage, our company will inform the user or emit an official announcement. These changes and their consequences shall not go beyond the rationally acceptable.

Our company executes the important and necessary supervision its employees, aiming for the security management and the prevention of loss, damage or leaking of personal information.

7. Legal Disclosure of Personal Information
Our company will disclosure the user’s personal information promptly, if demanded by the user.　Nevertheless, our company might not disclosure all or part of the information, if any or all of the following cases is applicable: 
(1)In case there is the possibility of risk for the life, property, body or right for profit of the user or a third party;
(2)In case the disclosure represents a remarkable obstacle for a reasonable operation carried out by our company;
(3)In case it violates any other law.  
The company shall warn the user promptly in such cases.
8. Correction of Personal Information
If the user demands that his information is not true, and should be corrected, added or erased (hereinafter called simply “correction”), our company, unless if otherwise is provided by law, will carry out immediately a research within the objectives of use for personal information and, based on the result of such research, will carry out the correction and notify the user.
In any of the cases above, the notification will attempt to explain the reason for its decision.

Our company might change the matter above without notification. In that case, after the change there will be an explanation on the web page of our company.
