Please click "User Registration(free)",
and complete the form with the following information:

ID
E-mail address
Password (from 4 to 8 characters in latin alphabet)

Click the "Send" button.
(Please remember to make a memo of this password)

After that a verification e-mail will soon be sent via e-mail.
Click in User login input the account name and password.
Service should start.
(Please rest assured that the user data shall be used for no means than those explained beforehand to the client.)
