Usage » Q12. How are the five indexes combined to calculate Ability Rank?

In Ability Rank analysis,
the importance of each index varies according to different investment styles.
For each style's advantages and disadvantages, a different analysis is made.

1. Super short-term investment
Since the investment period of the stock is very short, it emphasizes on avoiding the risk completely.
The most important is to ensure the stability and reliability (stability index),
and avoiding sudden falls and unexpected lose (temporary drop avoidance index)

2. Short-term investment
It emphasizes on avoiding the risk due to the small period of the investment, but not as much as that in super short-term investments.
Therefore, it emphasizes on stability and reliability (stability index) while waiting for a profitable opportunity (temporary rise index).

3. Mid-term investment
Since the period of the investment is longer, what is emphasized now is profitability (profitability index).
Besides, great profit opportunities are also expected (temporary rise index).

4. Long-term investment
The period of the investment is very long, so long-term profitability is emphasized (profitability index).
Also, since dividend is the advantage of a long-term investment, it is better to emphasize it (dividend yield) rather than waiting for a big chance.

Basically, one can use our services simply by checking the Ability Rank. However, still as a development version, the user can also create his own criteria for the use of the 5 indexes.
